Bad Reputation
song by Half Cocked - [Written by Joan Jett]
Lyrics are in italics

I don't give a damn about my reputation
You're living in the past, it's a new generation
Hey, a girl can do what she wants to do
And that's what I'm gonna do

Braid snapping in the wind, a lone figure speeds down the mountain road on a motorcycle. The helmet and dark of night prevent anyone in the area from seeing the rider's face.

A few moments later, there is an explosion near the top of the mountain. The rider slows to a stop and looks up to watch the fireworks.

As the last of the explosions die down, the rider lets out a whoop and continues down the road.

And I don't give a damn about my bad reputation
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me

Fallyn bounced into the house, her long braid snaking behind her. She threw down her motorcycle helmet on a table, with her keys, and proceeded to flop onto the couch.

"Hmm. I see you've been out riding. Mind telling us where you went?" Heero sat in a chair adjacent to the couch Fallyn had sprawled out on. Fallyn grinned in response, grabbed the remote, and flipped on the news.

"There was a devastating explosion on the mountainside of Mt. Rebestis, near the top of the mountain. Investigators found remains of Romafeller employees long thought dead in what appeared to be a secluded and secret base. With the war hovering over everyone's heads, it's nice to know that someone out there is aiding the colonies and earth in our fight against this new foe." Two pairs of eyes slowly riveted upon the reclining female. She gave them her patented Angelic Devil Grintm and got up.

And I don't give a damn about my reputation
I never said I wanted to improve my station
And I'm only feeling good when I'm having fun
And I don't have to please no one

She moved up the stairs, followed now by four sets of eyes, her sister and Wufei joining her two loves, and went to the room she claimed as her solitary room. Once there, she proceeded to turn on, and up, some good techno.

She danced around for a little bit, then sat down at her laptop desk and set up her little travel buddy. When her laptop was up and running, she instantly recieved a message. Without checking it, she slipped a mini-CD into her drive and uploaded the information to the special satellite she had recently aquired. Then she checked her messages.

And I don't give a damn about my bad reputation
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me

'You have the desired aquirements.' her screen flashed at her.

'Yup. But you won't get it.' she responded. The screen flickered then read 'Hard Drive Lockdown'. She laughed with insane glee as the message scrolled through every ascii character on the keyboard. Whoever it was, they weren't too happy. But they now knew where she was.

And I don't give a damn about my reputation
I've never been afraid of any deviation
And I don't really care if I'm strange
I ain't gonna change

Fallyn shut down her laptop, closed it, and shoved it into a bag. She turned off the music and bolted down the stairs and out the door, six pairs of eyes following her braid's trail as she grabbed her helmet and keys.

'Gotta get away from here and make those fools think again about trying to find me like that.' She thought to herself as she started up her Rebel and sped away.

And I'm never gonna care about my bad reputation
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me
Break it down

Fallyn lounged in a restaurant, her laptop up and running. She was running a search on other supposedly "closed" bases that Romefeller and OZ had during the two wars 4 and 5 years ago. As she was finishing up the search, and her soda, a message appeared on her screen.

'Found you.'

Fallyn grinned and responded. 'Good.' As the message read with many question marks she added, 'Welcome to Hell.' She proceeded to push a small button on a ring she rarely wore, and a base that was in the middle of the nearby forest exploded, rocking the restaurant, but not doing any damage.

Fallyn laughed softly as she gathered her belongings and left, hopping on her bike and speeding back the way she had come.

And I don't give a damn about my reputation
The world's in trouble, there's no communication
And everyone can say what they want to say
It never gets better anyway

Bullets flying on either side of her, Fallyn deftly guided her small motorcycle towards the roadblock. As she approached at top speed, she jerked the front wheel up and pulled out her pistol. She let fly with a small barrage of her own as she flew through the air to the other side of the roadblock.

"Screw you! You suck!" She laughed back at them as she sped away, bullets wizzing by her speeding, and shrinking, form.

So why should I care about a bad reputation, anyway
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me
Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me

Fallyn returned to the safehouse, entering it silently and stealthily. She bolted soundlessly up to her computer room and uplinked her laptop, even as she recieved an encrypted message.

'Fallyn, we need the information you found in both bases that you distroyed.' She cocked an eyebrow at the message and responded, encrypted.

'Who sends you.'

'The Red King'

'Don't you mean Queen?' She smirked at the irate message that followed.

'By all Hells, girl, do I LOOK like a QUEEN to you?!?!?!'

'Do you really want me to answer that?' She looked innocently at her screen as she recieved 'No.'

'Data Uploading. Stand by for Transfer, Doctor.' She hit her enter key and began the transfer as the Doctor continued the conversation.

'Did you run into much trouble with your mission?'

'Doctor, you're getting soft. You never used to ask Heero if he had trouble with HIS missions. But no, not much.' She grinned, knowing the Doctor truely did care about Heero, much as he would a son, but had been unable to let that get in the way of his duty.

'Don't remind me, please, Fallyn. And 'no, not much' generally means you had some bullets flying at you at some point. You weren't hit, were you?' Fallyn nearly laughed out loud at the palpable concern coming from the message.

'No. Those saps can't shoot worth crap.' She knew he was chuckling on the other end. 'Transfer complete. Is there anything else, Doc.?'

'No. Now go to bed and keep those two boys out of trouble.' Fallyn laughed softly and saluted the screen.

'Yessir!' And she shut down her laptop and crept to her room.

Oh no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me
Oh no No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Not me
Me, me, me, me, me, me

Fallyn snuggled up to two warm bodies, both of them asleep already, and soon followed their example.
